Kinross Inn is the only AAA 4 star motel in Cooma. All units are modern and brick and are set back off the main road, and therefore noise is kept to a minimum. Parking is right outside your door under cover.

Restaurants, cafes and shops are only a short stroll away. Cooma attracts many visitors, both for the snow season and for the summer, as it is ideally located for access to the snow resorts as well as the coast. Guests choose to stay here in the winter as it is an inexpensive alternative to the high tariffs, often associated with ski resorts in the mountains.

Jindabyne is approximately 45 minutes by car and Thredbo and Perisher are another 15 minutes further on. We are 416km from Sydney and 114km from Canberra, 662km from Melbourne and 130km from the South Coast.
