The Kinross Inn is a boutique motel at the Canberra end of town, we are 3.5 Star AAA rated..

The Kinross Inn is Coomas award winning motel, being a finalist in HMAA awards Best Motel in the High Country 2005, Winner HMAA awards 4 Star Motel NSW 2006, finalist HMAA awards 4 Star Motel NSW 2007, finalist HMAA awards 4 Star Motel NSW 2008.

We are within walking distance of shops restaurants, pubs, clubs, the Cooma Visitors Centre and local attractions.

Rooms sizes vary from doubles through to family suites sleeping up to 5 people. All rooms are at ground level and have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and electric blankets, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster refrigerator, cable TV and undercover Parking. We also have an indoor heated pool, bbq area and guest laundry.
Wi Fi internet is also available.

Breakfasts are served to rooms and can range from a continental to a hearty fully cooked Country Style Breakfast.

We are one and a half hours to the major ski resorts of Perisher, Thredbo and Selwyn.
